Kat Thomas

Kat, our Financial Controller, has built her career across accountancy and the veterinary sector.

She started in practice before moving into industry, gaining experience across veterinary organisations and developing a strong understanding of how practices work day to day. What’s kept her in the profession is the pace and variety, and the chance to support teams by taking some of the financial and administrative pressure off their shoulders.

Kat enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning chaos into clarity, and building strong relationships with the people she works with.

Outside of work, she spends her time with her two young boys, walking her Cavapoo, Stuart, and planning weekend trips away in the family campervan.
