Chris Lekkas

Chris, our M&A Manager, brings over a decade of experience across healthcare, supporting businesses to grow through acquisition.

He’s worked across a range of organisations, from early stage start ups to established groups, helping shape growth and build long term value. A key part of that journey has been working closely with founders and teams, understanding what makes each business work.

What drew him to the veterinary sector was the people and the purpose. The care, the responsibility, and the strong connection between teams, clients, and patients.

At VetThing, Chris spends time in practices, getting to know owners and teams, and helping them shape what comes next in a way that feels right for them.

Outside of work, Chris enjoys staying active, whether that’s cycling, rugby, or skiing, and spending time with his family, including Seba, a much loved Newfoundland who tends to steal the spotlight.
