Ben, our CEO, is a vet by training and an experienced leader in the healthcare sector. He started his career in clinical practice before moving into operational leadership. Over the last ten years, he’s helped build and lead multi-site veterinary organisations.
Having worked as a vet, Ben understands the pressures veterinary professionals face. He’s lived that reality. And he’s determined to create a different way forward.
He believes that clarity of purpose and intentional leadership matter. That creating environments where people feel safe to speak up, ask questions, and challenge how things are done leads to better outcomes for everyone.
And with “It’s a VetThing” having long been part of how he describes the profession, the name of our community carries real meaning for him.
