Alex Ardley-Ingram

Alex, our M&A Manager, brings a background in finance and acquisitions, with experience supporting growing businesses through change.

He started his career at EY, training as a Chartered Accountant, before moving into roles focused on private equity backed companies and growth through acquisitions.

What drew him to the veterinary sector was the opportunity to create meaningful change, while working alongside people who genuinely care. He’s been struck by the level of dedication, and the humanity that runs through the profession.

At VetThing, Alex works closely with practice owners and their teams, guiding them through the process of joining. Taking the time to understand what matters, and helping them move forward in the right way.

Outside of work, Alex enjoys staying active, whether that’s running or skiing, and making the most of time away by travelling and trying new places to eat.
