The Orchard House Story
I started Orchard House almost 30 years ago with the dream of providing hospital-standard care to pets but in a practice that was small enough to care; where owners could see the same vet on every visit and where vets and nurses were like friends. I think we’ve succeeded. But thinking about the future is also part of running a practice. I had conversations with other groups, but the fit wasn’t what I was looking for, whereas VetThing just felt right from the first moment I spoke with Ben. It’s a model that benefits everyone involved – practice owners, team members, clients and patients. The degree of independence we retain is different to anything else in the market and was also a crucial element in the decision to join VetThing’s growing community – we’re excited to be part of it.
